Hello, I am Alex an Essential Oil Therapist (and acupuncturist) living and working in York.
I am fascinated with how plants can help support our health and wellbeing and this led me to study the use of Essential Oils. These potent plant oils are the forerunners of our modern medicines and should be treated with care and respect.
I can work with you to discover how they can improve your health and wellbeing. This involves finding out about your specific needs and then designing products that you can use to start your essential oil adventure.
New clients should ensure they book an ‘Essential Oil Therapy – Initial Consultation’ from the list of treatments listed below so that we can spend time finding out how I can help. Your Initial Consultation costs £40 and you receive two products to takeaway. Extra products can be purchased from me, prices for these are listed on my Essential Oil Therapy page.

What to expect during your appointment
I like to work in a relaxed and friendly style, which helps put my client at ease and enable us to make the most progress as quickly as possible. Everything we discuss is confidential. It is usual for a number of issues to be considered within your treatment plan, so please have a think beforehand and decide what we should work on together. Please remember your physical and emotional health can be supported with essential oil therapy.
I will ask you about your general health, why you are seeking help and about your lifestyle. Sleep patterns, diet, exercise, energy levels and mood will all be considered. We will also cover any questions you may have. If you take medications, please bring details.
You products will then be handmade by myself for you to takeaway or collect at a later time. This depends on the complexity of the formulation required or if I need to order in or make any special ingredients.

Please be aware I do not have a waiting room at the clinic.
