Facial Acupuncture
Our appearance is an important part of our wellbeing and acupuncture is a natural way to compliment your skincare regime. Specific treatment programmes suited to your skin care requirements are designed to offer you a natural, safe and confidential service. Facial Acupuncture is not the latest fad or a new thing on the market, it has in fact, been practiced in China for thousands of years. As the treatment works with the body, you walk out feeling revitalised all over. This is a superb alternative to medical and chemical treatments. Plus, your treatment will take place in a selection of hand-picked locations in York or Harroagte, chosen for their convenience, comfort and quality. What is involved? Improvements can be seen after the first treatment, however, significant changes are generally clearer after a course of facial acupuncture. How much treatment you have is up to you. This will be dicussed in detail during your first consultation once an assessment of your needs has been undertaken. Pain? Super fine needles are used throughout treatment, some so small they can only be used with tweezers! There is very little sensation, plus anaethetic cream is used to reduce sensation even further. Most patients comment on how relaxing they find the whole experience. Price Single treatments start at £45 and last about 1 hour 30 minutes. Discounts are available on courses of treatment.
